Last Tuesday we had our 3rd EEG. She did so good, they need for her to sleep to get good readings. So when they were scheduling her appointment I told them that she usually takes a good nap between 9-11 am. So they got us in at 9. She fussed while the tech put the probes on her head, they have to scrub them with this gel that has some abrasive stuff in it, she said her head must be really sensitive, but after that she went right to sleep. It did not take as long as I thought it would. When they had the info they needed they asked me to wake her up, well as you can tell by the picture that did not work. We have heard from the nurse that there is still seizure activity, but that the Dr was very surprised at how good everything looked. So we go Wednesday to see the Dr and find out where to go from here.
Avangeline is doing really well, she has developed a predictable sleep pattern, is smiling, cooing, laughing and as of Saturday... Rolling over! So she is developing quite well, Praise the Lord! We are still seeing her seizures but not as often, continue to pray for complete relief of these spasms. The Lord is at work here.
